Joe, the owner and installer, was so awesome to work with, and Jennifer provided great details. Joe even brought his dog over when mine was terrified of the flags due to a bad wireless experience so she would just sit down and shake. His well trained dog helped her forget about them and learn she could safely play in the backyard. They make sure your dog is comfortable with their new territory so you can rest easy knowing you made a good investment. I highly recommend!
Very professional. Good follow up routinely throughout the training process. Very attention to individual dog’s needs/personality!
Jennifer and Joe made the experience easy and enjoyable. Joe would even text or call on his own time to check on dogs and Jennifer is quick to get back to you if she is unable to get to he phone.
We love our invisible fence. I have had it for 4 years now with 3 dogs on 3 acres of land. Jennifer is always quick to respond to me email or call and very personable when it comes to real life situations with pets!
Jennifer was pleasant to do business with and answered all of our questions. The continued support from Jennifer and Joe to make sure our dogs are trained and the fence is working to its capacity is well worth the investment!!
