If you are considering Halo Collar or the Invisible Fence GPS collar, DO NOT GET INVISIBLE FENCE. I have had nothing but issues since I got it in November and have submitted 3 emails requesting service and have heard nothing back. The collar will not show where my pet is while I am away due to two separate issues and, when it does decide to work, it inaccurately shows my pet outside when I have cameras inside showing differently. If you want piece of mind, get Halo. I wish I would have.
The staff are pretty rude. They fallow you around like you've done something wrong but if you ask them a question or need assistance they are useless.
