Just had my fence installed yesterday. The service technician, Brandon Spelce, was amazing. He arrived on time and informed me that his co-worker had called in sick. While I thought for sure he would need to reschedule, he didn’t hesitate to move forward with the installation. He handled what was obviously a two person job with efficiency and a great attitude. Brandon was very personable and showed lots of love to my three dogs. He took time with each dog and explained all the aspects of the system to me.

They did a in awesome job for me at my cabin in Little Switzerland. My big dog stays within my 1/2 acre of land instead of exploring the entire ridge. Works great.
David Patterson was our rep from invisible fence that came out and installed the fence, and he was great. He worked quickly, but also took time to explain the workings of the fence, and how to properly train the animal. He was very professional.
