We had a plumbing inspection and Princesten did a great job. He was very friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend!
Princesten came out on time. He was very personable and did a good job with the inspection of our water heater and pipes in our house. We live in an older home so he explained why and or how some of the things were plumbed the way they were and made recommendations where needed. He did not try to oversell me on anything that wasn't necessary, which was appreciated. Overall great experience.

Princeten arrived well with the estimated time window. He introduced himself immediately and carried himself professionally throughout the appointment. He was thorough in his work and was very respectful to both me and my home. It was necessary to change a couple of parts on my water heater and he went to the parts warehouse and returned promptly and completed the repair.
