Calling Invisible Excavations, the young ladies in the office were very pleasant & helpful. Whenever we left a message for Phil K, it was relayed to him quickly. The experience my wife & I had with Invisible Excavations & especially with Phil was a very positive one. He was knowledgeable, courteous & honest. Ben came through for me AGAIN! He came out to fix another contractor's screw up and it's finally fixed! I was sure I'd have to replace my floors after all this, but we caught it on time. You've got a real one with Ben! Thanks for everything! If there was one thing that could have made it better, it would have been free! 😉 🤣🤣 that was painful!! First, this is the only company I called that could actually come out for the emergency on Saturday. She informed me of the process, cost, and Technician. The arrival time was between 12-4. Princeton was our tech. He arrived on time, introduced himself right away. You dont see that often. He was friendly and customer service skills are amazing. Now onto the issue.
