I want to start by saying that the staff and doctor at this practice are fantastic—everyone here was nice, professional, and welcoming throughout my visits. I was a customer here at Lawrence probably 10 years ago or so. However, my experience with Invisalign itself was unfortunately a disappointment and a waste of money. Great experience at Dental Arts @ Lawrence! I needed an iTero scan for my Invisalign treatment after my aligner tray broke. Since my treatment was started outside Canada, many clinics refused to do the scan because I wasn't their patient. The team here was very helpful, completed the scan, and sent it directly to my doctor. Thank you for the excellent service and support. Highly recommended!
My 1:00 PM appointment was moved to 3:00 PM the morning of due to a scheduling conflict on their end, which I accommodated. I arrived at 2:40 PM for my confirmed 3:00 PM appointment and found the office closed. I called, left a voicemail, and emailed to say I was already there. At 3:00 PM, I received an email advising their team would not arrive until 3:30 PM due to a meeting.
