Worst experience in my life at an appointment with Julia the dental assistant. Came in for a retainer pick up, no x-rays, nothing medical. As I was trying on the retainers, she asked me “just wondering, are you pregnant?” I knew Julia should only be asking this if it was an appointment regarding medical information. I replied “no why do you ask” to which Julia said, to make matters worse, “your face looks swollen/bloated” with a hand gesture to her face. I want to start by saying that the staff and doctor at this practice are fantastic—everyone here was nice, professional, and welcoming throughout my visits. I was a customer here at Lawrence probably 10 years ago or so. However, my experience with Invisalign itself was unfortunately a disappointment and a waste of money. I didn't do enough homework before committing, and I learned the hard way that clear aligners were not the best option for my case. I will always be grateful to Dr. Kurtz and the entire dental arts team.. They have always been kind and friendly and affordable.. Even Going back three years after the completion of my initial treatment everyone took care of me.. I highly recommend dental arts and Dr. Kurtz. And he absolutely knows his stuff

Great experience at Dental Arts @ Lawrence! I needed an iTero scan for my Invisalign treatment after my aligner tray broke. Since my treatment was started outside Canada, many clinics refused to do the scan because I wasn't their patient. The team here was very helpful, completed the scan, and sent it directly to my doctor. Thank you for the excellent service and support. Highly recommended!
