I replaced my flat roof w TPO in 2023. I originally left a one star review because new roof was leaking. They came out a few times and patched it, but still a leak. Damien’s team then replaced the largest section and it was fine until it rained twice. The leak caused some damage to the interior and yesterday Alejandro repaired my Venetian plaster, crappy job with the wrong color. My roof is still leaking. I recently had my old tar and gravel flat roof replaced with a TPO roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I contacted INVigorate Roofing to provide a free inspection of my roof which they did on 7/8/25 showing pictures of specific repairs needed. In addition, a very thorough ceiling inspection was conducted which identified ceiling needs as well. I was very impressed with Damian Maron who thoroughly explained his findings and answered all of our questions. He is very professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Very, very disappointed in this company and do not recommend. We spent over 68K on a new flat roof with them just outside of Santa Fe the fall of 2024. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Throughout the entire process they NEVER showed up when promised - NOT ONCE! Within weeks of the new roof going on we had torrential rains and the ROOF LEAKED HORRIBLY and ruined the interior paint job that was just completed! And I'm only touching on the highlights!
