Theressa and Melanie changed my life. This is a welcoming, inclusive space and the team there made me feel comfortable and at home. There are many ways to go about therapy here and I felt like I had options to work through things in the best way for me. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend Invigorate Life Counseling! My therapist Abby Hansen is absolutely amazing. She is really comfortable to talk to which is an important piece of therapy for me. She is empathetic, kind, warm, insightful, knowledgeable, and challenging in all the right ways. Also, she is funny which is a bonus! I have met with 3 therapists before meeting with Abby and was starting to feel discouraged in finding a therapist that I connect with. So thankful I found this place and for all Abby has helped me with so far.
I have never been a patient of hers, but I am an LPN who has worked closely with her in long term care and rehab settings. My patients genuinely looked forward to her visits. She gave her best efforts to all her patients in my facility. I saw many who had to struggle with a new way of life due to medical conditions, work harder to achieve their goals with her help. She gave me tools to provide better care as a nurse, because she understood things I did not. I would recommend her to anyone. She can help.
