They are very nice and helpful. Even let me know what they were seeing. Were very helpful when I was trying to view on my own computer.
If you have a billing question you can't reach anyone. They want you to pay but they don't even have a voicemail to call with billing issues. If you call anyone other than billing they say they can't help you and you have to call billing. It's so frustrating! It's great to have real people working but only if a person will help you!
