Kyle Tucker and the Invictus Management team have been very attentive to any concerns I have had as a tenant for the past 17 years living in one of their properties in Harlem, NYC. As landlords, they have addressed security and maintenance concerns that I had when I first moved in. For the past 8 years I lived at Northgate Gardens, managed by Invictus Mgt LLC. To be honest, it’s a quiet place to live and to start a family. It’s close to everything, For example, walking distance to the Palisades Mall, Shoprite, Banks and a lot more. It’s right next to the Tappan Zee bridge and the Palisades and Garden State Parkway is less than 5 minutes away. It’s well maintained and no issues to get any maintenance work done.
