Nobody answers the phone and the treatment is subpar.
No one answers the phone when trying to call. When you go in person, you are treated like a problem that they apparently do not have time for.
I attempted to schedule an appointment 3 times but they never picked up. They left voicemails to call back, and when I did, they didn’t pick up despite following their instructions. Very unhelpful.
Great experience from the time I walked into the lobby until the time the I walked out. Everyone was great!
Just had treatment here for chronic pain, and while I am still uncertain about the results, I can honestly say the staff made a painful situation better. In particular, Seriah Lawson was sincere, gentle, and kind. She was empathetic, and it was obvious that health care is her calling. If I ever have to be treated again, I hope there are a dozen more nurses just like Seriah Lawson to help me heal. She has the bedside manner of a saint.
