This place sucks and I wouldn’t recommend anyone here after my experience. I called in last month and told them I wouldn’t be able to make it because I had death in my family. They charged me $50 and threatened not to see me again if I didn’t pay it. I will be going somewhere else
Would give it a ZERO if I could! Quiggley is the worst doctor I think I have ever came across! I have never ran across such a poorly ran clinic in my life! This doctor tried to tell me I had no medication show up in my urinalysis. Accused me of selling my medication or taking too much but yet I had nothing show up in my urine analysis!!! Now I have had 5 back surgeries, can't walk across the room but I'm taking too much! My mom lives in Norfolk so we always request morning appointments. Somehow her appointment needed to be rescheduled but she had to come in the day after at 3:30pm. Everyone knows traveling thru HRBT is no joke in the pm We arrived 2 1/2 hours before and the front desk reception which was not the usual persons did not get the paperwork back from my mom that was needed for her to be seen. Cassie paid enough attention to realize we had been waiting for a while and called my mom right back. Thank you Cassie!
Office desk people are no help schedule appointment arrived procedure had been approved, but when I got there was denied treatment after waiting 2 weeks in terrible pain. No sympathy at all felt like I was the wrong color as far as the doctor Terry, he is amazing. Wish I could still see him.
