I had a very mixed experience with Inviticus Health, and unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. Starting with the front desk—interactions there were inconsistent at best. Customer service and basic communication skills were lacking. It often felt like staff didn’t want to be there, and something as simple as requesting my records be faxed to my primary care physician became unnecessarily difficult. Dr. Torry has been great at helping me with my steroid injections to help with chronic back pain. In between those times I see nurses. Most recently for a follow up I saw Shelly Kostiner NP and she was so very helpful. She made sure to tell me the importance of continuing my pt stretches even when I'm not in pain and I even voiced concerns about my weight and she gave me some very solid advice and encouragement. Patient abandonment, will be filing a complaint with the state medical board. Dr. Torry needs better bedside manner and compassion. It's pretty wrong to tell a patient that they cannot treat their mental health (under supervision of a psychiatrist) and that anxiety and insomnia could be solved with pain medication; not true. Medical MMJ patients might as well search for a concierge practice because you aren't allowed to do that either, even if you've been smoking for years and multiple other doctors have documented that the ... read more
