The team at Karacter care about you as a whole person. I was intimated by a large gym and needed someone to hold be accountable. Kamal was recommended to me by friend that understood I need to be gently pushed. The atmosphere at Karacter is non judgmental. They meet you where you are at and work with you to improve. The people you workout next to have their own plan they are following. I come in excited to see what my personal fitness plan is for the day.

Kamal and team at Karacter Beyond Fitness are amazing! I was new to strength training when I began the program. Kamal and team are amazing at teaching all levels and helping with form as well as encouragement. The small group setting and personalized programs make all the difference! I highly recommend!
