The store is awesome. People are amazing. Service ad vibes are phenomenal. Love how this employees treating me and my family. I am very thankful aks full for their services and professionalism. Thank you guys keep up good job .
Poor customer service from staff and manager, bought a total of 7 watches within 2 years and was turned away when I asked them to repair one of the watches which had warranty…..NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MY MONEY THERE!!! Wish I could give zero stars btw …..
The store was locked and I waited 10 min before the associate appeared. He was not friendly and was unable to take out links in 2 out of 3 watches i brought in. He then asked me to remove the chair i was sitting on that was by the store but never apologized for him not being present. I had to pay to get my watches adjusted.
Be careful buying watches from this location they are overcharging three times what the watch is worth try to contact the store. The manager was supposed to get back to me and never did. I would avoid this store at all cost. You’re better off going on Whatnot Or buying them online from Invicta
Invicta store on whatnot falsely represented an item for sale leaving my order incomplete. They do nothing about this to make it right. They continue to ignore customers daily, I see people with same issues in chat all of Invicta store show. Invicta continues to be arrogant in volume sales. Customer service is important when dealing with cheap china watch’s. I called invicta stores directly and they say not there problem so safe to say invicta does not stand by their product nor are they a customer service oriented business.... read more
