Hello everyone I hope all are well! I’m leaving this 5-Star review because I had a very good experience even though I was back and forth returning and re-buying different watches that I wanted. The staff was professional and the manager Eric displayed good leadership and patience with all my request. I came out today a happy camper and I’m excited to do more business with this company in the future!

Silicone band broke into 5 pieces when putting on a watch after purchase. Called the Store and was told that “this can happen with the older watches and not as much with the newer watches” Suggested purchasing a new band on the website Called corporate- transferred 3 times and the final time was to a voicemail. “This is not the right department.
