Be careful buying watches from this location they are overcharging three times what the watch is worth try to contact the store. The manager was supposed to get back to me and never did. I would avoid this store at all cost. You’re better off going on Whatnot Or buying them online from Invicta

Invicta store on whatnot falsely represented an item for sale leaving my order incomplete. They do nothing about this to make it right. They continue to ignore customers daily, I see people with same issues in chat all of Invicta store show. Invicta continues to be arrogant in volume sales. Customer service is important when dealing with cheap china watch’s. I called invicta stores directly and they say not there problem so safe to say invicta does not stand by their product nor are they a customer service oriented business.... read more

I am a Fan of the Invicta brand. Let me start off by saying I love to watches they have many to choose from guaranteed to match whatever you are wearing. From sport to luxury. Hello everyone I hope all are well! I’m leaving this 5-Star review because I had a very good experience even though I was back and forth returning and re-buying different watches that I wanted. The staff was professional and the manager Eric displayed good leadership and patience with all my request.
