Gail gave me one of the best massages I've ever had last week! The space is lovely and she shares it with a red light therapy business that is also wonderful. Prior to my massage she asked about any problem areas or places I'd like her to focus on and if I had a preference in oil or lotion and then left me to get on the massage table. Gail really provides a relaxing experience with her massages, using aroma therapy and skilled finger-work throughout her sessions. Her touch is gentle but effective and won't leave you feeling sore. I fell asleep several times during my massage. After the session she provides feedback about what she notices in your body, which helped me gain a better understanding of tension I didn't even realize was there. I'll be back for more & highly recommend her work.
