Tried to close 3 different times. First time...they sent paperwork to AMZ Tile Company for a cash sale for a property they advertised on FaceBook Market place as Owner Finance. 2nd time.. now they are finding me a "lender" The terms as I was told were 40000 down and 650 month.. OK. Well it was a hard money loan lender.. The 650 a month was all interest and you had a year to pay back or loose the property. Got to speak to the lender finally the day before the closing date.
