This property management does not care about their tenants. They will literally find a way to squeeze so much money out of you.
This is the absolute worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been renting in Las Vegas for over 10 years and this is BY FAR the worst company I’ve ever encountered. Check the reviews on Yelp, those are much more accurate than the ones here. So much went wrong with them that I don’t even know where to begin. I was charged a pet deposit for a service dog - which is ILLEGAL btw. The house was absolutely filthy when we moved in (pic below), yet they charge a $350 cleaning fee. My AC broke down and someone was going to come till Saturday afternoon to check it and Elizabeth managed to get someone sooner and I got the AC fixed by Friday. She went out of her way to get someone sooner. Elizabeth was really really helpful. Thank you Elizabeth!!! 😊
