Very caring about your situation. On top of the closing and prompt in communicating. Your escrows are handled by your lender not someone else. Thank you for all you did for me.
At first, were very friendly and helpful. On our closing date , our closer called and made us show up 90 minutes early because she had the time wrong on HER schedule. Then at closing, the information on the Escrow account was wrong. My questions about it were disregarded by the closer and they took no responsibility for the incorrect amounts listed for insurance and taxes. This resulted in errors in the escrow account and our homeowner insurance was not scheduled to come out of the escrow account for the remainder of the yea... read more
