My and →MY WIFEs← first time closing on a property, our realtor suggested this company. Terrible customer service, Melissa R, attempted to belittle me in front my realtor and my wife, and even acted as if my wife would be on her side. She refunded the title fee because my complaint, but WE don't care about money, good customer service is absolutely free. Now investors title has taken a 300+ dollar loss because of an adult who can't monitor their own behavior, how selfish. I (WE) will never use this company again. I promise.
My experience ended up great! However, it was a bit rocky in the beginning, honestly, it's an OVERWHELMING place to be, but you're there for all of the right reasons and it was a convenient location. Enter POSITIVE and hopefully you'll leave POSITIVE!
Their email was being monitored. We ended up wiring 80k to the the wrong person. Lucky the bank was able to get it back
Very nice professional people. I've used them over the years as a real estate agent. Always thorough and timely with information.
Had a great time closing here! The girls were a lot of fun! Thanks for the hospitality!
