Not the best experience. Lady that helped us sign was nice up until she found out stl County didnt finish something we were unaware had happened. She said, any reason your attorney didnt file bene deed until after a fam member died?? She said this in such a rude, condescending tone. So I said, idk, let's call the lawyer & find out. Turns out the attorneys did their job weeks prior but stl County didn't finalize till after the death.
