Investor’s Reality has not been responding to any maintenance requests or messages we’ve sent them since December. We need our sink fixed and need to speak with them about our lease and cannot get ahold of anyone. When Brandon worked there, we would get a response, but ever since he left we have experienced very poor customer service.
Incredibly poor management. The owner, Paul Gunthrie, doesn’t return calls, holds property owner income for months, and doesn’t provide tax documents. Total nightmare.
After Brandon left, there is zero chance of reaching Paul to have anything done. We're trying to get a small fix to our sink since January and having our emails added to the new HOA management company update list so we know when the water, elevators, etc. are being shut down for maintenance. Calls are not answered, repair tickets are not responded, voice mails are ignored. Property owners, if you want your properties properly maintained, stay away from this place. I have left over 5 emails & 5 phone calls trying to get my last 3 months of payments. They apparently mailed my checks to the tenant? I have no way to reach them at this point - smalls claims court may be next I guess
Moved out the end of July and now in October I am being told I owe $645 for excessive wear and tear. No one is able to provide detail on what the excessive wear and tear is. Lived in a rental for 3 years with no issues and then they get you when you leave.
