Do not rent from Investor's Real Estate. Firstly, we had a super-old (circa 1980's) and burnt-out electric range that would spark each time you turned the burners on. We called 3 or 4 times and reported this hazard, but no one would show for several weeks, and once they did do anything (if they ever did come out), the burners would be sparking again within a week.
