If I could rate them negative stars I would lol. Slum lord central, no phone line available to contact anyone, takes days if not weeks to get repairs done or even a text back from the landlord. You’re better off renting in the hood than renting from investors property management!

There customer service is horrible. If you ever have an issue with your house, it takes them months to even send somebody out to diagnose the issue. Our air conditioners are out in our house, and they are not acknowledging. Worst management company ever. also, we had a leak in the roof which caused mold to grow and it took them 2 1/2 months to even get started on this project.
IPM managed rental properties for me wonderfully for 7 years-- I worked with a skilled manager, Sandra Spears. In August 2023 there was a change in staff ( Sandra resigned) and the quality of management IPM provided went from 5 stars to 1 star. I received calls and shut-off noticed from PEC (electric) and COM (water) for unpaid bills. I got fines for lack of lawn maintenance. IPM rarely communicated with me.
