Slow on fixing things, I still have a busted window from when I moved in 15 months ago that was never fixed. Leaking ceiling in master bath they’ve had to “repair” more then once. They keep doing the cheap fix or they are not getting qualified people that know how to do it... not sure. But either way it needs fixed correctly.
