Ace Property Management is managed by Aaron Unkrich. We rented a property with this company. During the duration of renting, the communication with ACE and Aaron were non-existent. After we left the property, we were promised a return on the security deposit and legally, an itemized summary of the rental, but Aaron has completely ghosted communication and refused to interact with us. If you want to protect your investment DO NOT HIRE. We used Aaron and his team for a few years and at the begining they were OK. But it has been a downward sprial since. The company never returns phone calls and we suspect outright fraud. Run the other way if you are a renter or owner.
They take money out of security deposits without giving receipts or proof of what they spent it on.
If you are planning to rent from this company I would suggest looking anywhere else. Completely unprofessional, never answer the phones or check up on issues with rentals. And to top it off they take money off your security deposits for shady services never stated in the lease! A sham of a company. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
