I find the management be very helpful and understanding along with the other residents being very very friendly
Recently moved into my apartment in Mandan, ND. The staff was tremendously helpful, getting me what I needed and getting me in the apartment even earlier than expected and have been a tremendous resource as I complete all necessary tasks for moving in.
I had a great experience with IMM until I moved out. They not only kept my deposit, but tried to charge me above and beyond for every bit of normal wear and tear to the unit due to having occupied it for 3 years. Up until move out, I had been openly recommending IMM to my friends, but will now be telling them to run as far and fast in the other direction as possible unless they want to pay for IMM to remodel the apartment after they move out.
