4/23/26, the house sold for $799,950, I was willing to pay $830,000. Such a disservice to her client for not waiting 2 minuets for our offer to be received. I find it odd that before I left my review there was only one review that was posted 7 years ago. After my review, the 5 stars were pouring in all within a week.
