If I could, I would have rated Investors Bank 0 Star. I started an online saving account with them for my 9-year old son to show him how he can grow his little savings of $120. When I signed up, Investors Bank told us it is a no-fee account. After one year, they started to charge $5 monthly fee without even informing us. Fast forward 3 years, my son's original saving of $120 becomes $2. My son was extremely disappointed to find out his saving is robbed by the bank.
