I called to inquire about services and other information that I thought they could answer for me. The receiving individual hung up on me, when I called back, they were incredibly rude and passed me off to someone who was "extremely busy" Incredibly unprofessional conduct that will not be tolerated from myself. Nor would I tolerate it from my peers or associates.
I highly recommend Max to anyone wanting help with their accounting and/or taxes. I have him help me manage my books for my very small (just me) business. Not only can I do it with his help, but he's also helped our family manage our money so we have saved enough to send our daughter to college without borrowing! I sure didn't see that coming. Thanks Max!
