They vandalized my vehicle with trump stickers. The kind that don't come off without residue. I have video evidence. Don't deal with this company.
After renting with a company for two years that I was unsatisfied with, University Area Housing turned it around for me! They are so professional and serious about making sure their clients are happy. The process of signing with them and doing tours went completely seamlessly and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
We had a great experience with University Area Housing! Alex kindly showed us many places and was very nice and accommodating! We also had a very easy time signing the lease and got lots of great information.
I have lived in the same place for 4 yrs now. They have been very good to me. They come immediately to fix whatever. When I had my surgeries they were nice enuff to mow my yard when I couldn't. Jeff has been especially nice to me when my son had passed away, he gave me a break on the rent. I will continue to rent from them. Nice company & nice people.
We had a couple of pipe issues, I’ve contacted the company right away to get it fixed, and they send someone out right away to fix. Very good rental company! Very friendly, very great with communication! Letting the tenants know when the issue is solved! I’m glad I’m renting out through Investment Realty, best choice I’ve ever made! Great neighborhood
