We used them for a school charter. Fund raised to take kids from Michigan to Chinatown in Chicago. The day before the trip they called wanted to charge use more for rooms for the drivers (that they didn't even use the rooms) while they waited. The booking agent was extremely rude after payment was received and treated anyone that called like garbage.
