Bad landlord When we moved in to the duplex we were told that he would not move a noise neighbor in to the unit below us. Well After about 3 months he moved in a single mother her daughter and her DOG. With in the first week the dog started waking us up at 4 am. The land lord said I will take care of it. Well OVER A MONTH LATER I still have a barking dog down stairs. Every time I stand up the damn thing starts barking. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL COMPANY TO ANYONE.
