My Dad has lived there for 15 years. It used to be a wonderful place to live, but in the last 6+ years he has become very unhappy with the new owners IPG. What is happening is the rents are going up so high that those who pass away or want to move....can't. Seniors are at the mercy of their fixed incomes.
