Working for IPG is a nightmare. They micromanage and have no follow up or follow through. They have cameras around the corporate office placed on the staff who have to work in an open environment. Property managers are paid low rates and no medical benefits yet are on call 24/7.Please note that Brian Fitterer is the owner and Amber Monte is the President. There are reviews listing them as owning separate companies called Investment Property Group but it is the same company.
It is highly suggested to neither work for or be a resident of any of their communities. They ARE NOT resident oriented at all, and they are unfair to their managers. They would rather yell at their managers than allow them to speak to a resident. They also expect you to do the work of 10 men! The managers that work their now work from 4am until 8 pm including weekends to meet their demands, They could care less if you are happy where you live.
