Good renters
Also update, I cleaned my townhouse up and down...bought new oven things, clean fridge. I bought new blinds. I felt I did a great job. I did have some spots where paint had peeled off getting my stuff off wall. ( They painted anyway). They didn't give me a dime of my deposit back and never received a letter of what they were using my deposit for. So crazy. I was never late and they wonder why they cant keep good tenants. Great place of management
We’ve really enjoyed living in this house! Our neighbors are wonderful people, the house is in great shape, and we’re in our second year here. If it weren’t for the late (sometimes never) response times, (we often need to send multiple emails to get them to acknowledge us/email receipt) it would be 5 stars.
Carlos helped get my car out of the snow he’s awesome Today May 21st 2026 Carlos did a great job fixing my front door lock and patio storage door lock.
