FYI You will pay for the place to rent(1048) but it's a free for all for parking. If someone has four cars that's okay. I have paid my rent on time for over a year and when someone started parking in front of my townhome they stated they couldn't do anything about it. You have people in other areas that have company vehicles and have people over but you will lose your spot even though you pay. Crazy practice!!
