Sam is AMAZING!!! He is very professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and meticulous. We really enjoyed his service. He’s a keeper!!
The IPG team exhibits a remarkable lack of professionalism. Their disregard for tenants is palpable, and the maintenance of their properties leaves much to be desired. I find it particularly alarming that they permitted me access to my apartment solely based on my name and the building—no identification was requested. This raises serious concerns about safety and protocol. I would strongly advise seeking accommodations elsewhere, as this company clearly falls short of basic standards.
I've lived in an IPG property for a little over two years now. My rent price has been fair and stayed stable, the staff at the office are always kind, and maintenance is always fast, helpful, and friendly. Normally my maintenance person is Sam and he's informative and thorough, but I've also recently had Gilbert who is very polite and dedicated. Both maintenance men have gone above and beyond what I have put in requests for. The office workers are professional and timely, as well.
