I’ve been submitting noise complaints about a disruptive tenant for over a year and a half, and management has done nothing to resolve the issue. It’s extremely frustrating that tenant concerns about basic quality of life are not taken seriously. I will update and say they did very much so come through, they unfortunately had to handle quietly on the back end. Minus this issue. I have really loved living here and renting with them.
Good renters
Also update, I cleaned my townhouse up and down...bought new oven things, clean fridge. I bought new blinds. I felt I did a great job. I did have some spots where paint had peeled off getting my stuff off wall. ( They painted anyway). They didn't give me a dime of my deposit back and never received a letter of what they were using my deposit for. So crazy. I was never late and they wonder why they cant keep good tenants. Great place of management
We’ve really enjoyed living in this house! Our neighbors are wonderful people, the house is in great shape, and we’re in our second year here. If it weren’t for the late (sometimes never) response times, (we often need to send multiple emails to get them to acknowledge us/email receipt) it would be 5 stars.
