I was able to close the sale of my house yesterday as per schedule in spite of the operations shut down of Fidelity, the owner of IPX. During a stressful time trying to get into our new home before Thanksgiving, Vanessa went above and beyond to get it done. Vanessa advised us that the wire transfer systems were down and that she would do whatever it took to get the funds transferred out of state to Idaho. The funds got transferred and we got the keys the day before Thanksgiving. Thanks Vanessa and IPX1031.

Incompetent employees at IPX 1031! From the very beginning, they were aloof and demonstrated very poor customer service. We had so many questions about the 1031 exchange and had to bend over backwards to get our questions answered. Horrible about returning calls and responding back to emails.
