I recently inquired about a property with this company, MIchelle asked me for two years of tax returns, 4 paystubs,and a 650 credit score,plus the application fee and said i must make double the rent. I think so of this is needed but why do they need my tax information. I seems like a lot to ask from someone

I've been with them since 2021 an since I've been renting there nothing negative I can say except when you call expect results 💯 for anything pertaining to my rental an extending a hand or hear to help network to matting an healthy environment both businesses an adl,s this is a rol their management ♥️ ❤️ the staff to mataincence just a call away if you do t believe my review try yourself they won't disappoint!!!!

Over the last month I have been dealing with many local rental companies. It was mostly disheartening until I worked with the ladies here at IPM. They were very attentive, friendly, and flexible. Other companies felt like money grabs and just annoyed by you which isn’t good for the renter or the person trying to rent their house out! So I highly recommend working with IPM on either side of a rental.
