Brian was SO thorough in pressure washing our back patio. He was very attentive to how and what I wanted cleaned and now my happy space is sparkling!

Quality work and the final result looks great. There was some confusion about the product used because the bucket on-site didn’t match what was listed in the quote, but it was clarified afterward. Overall, a positive experience with just a small communication hiccup. I’d simply recommend making sure the crew always uses — and shows — the exact product that was quoted to avoid any misunderstandings.
Investment Painting responded to my inquiry immediately and came the same day to give me a very fair estimate for interior painting and pressure washing. Work was scheduled quickly. Brian Moody went above and beyond with pressure washing and even helped move a heavy planter!
They did great job sealing my pavers I liked the look of the wet sealant that makes color more rich. The quality of work was the best in the area
