Soon as we moved out they ceased all communications with us. It's been 6 months and we still haven't gotten our deposit. No itemized list of deductions, no email. We've called the office AND Jay several times with no communication whatsoever. These ppl are crooks and cowards and we will be persuing litigation
The house is a steal, but the management company sucks. They’re totally unresponsive, haven’t even reached out to us regarding our work orders, double charged me for rent, and never answer the phone.
These are easily some of the worst landlords in the state of Colorado, washing machines have been out for months with IMG ghosting tenants. Overpriced, rude and unresponsive should be their slogan. How they get people to renew leases is a mystery to me.
Terrible took the money no problem. No keys. No lease. No refund yet.
