These are easily some of the worst landlords in the state of Colorado, washing machines have been out for months with IMG ghosting tenants. Overpriced, rude and unresponsive should be their slogan. How they get people to renew leases is a mystery to me.
Terrible took the money no problem. No keys. No lease. No refund yet.
IMG team is very responsive. Jay was helpful in giving a single mom a chance with my first house (:
