I rented a property from this company, half a duplex. I have no electricity in my living room. The breaker was physically removed.
These are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with for anything in my life. Not only do they not care about any of there tenants but they will go out of their way to make your life worse. Horrible people and horrible renters. Do yourself a favor and live on the streets of Denver before giving them a single cent of your money you’ll be better off.
I’ve lived with black mold in my property without response to complete the removal for an extended period of time (year) all while hostility in the building has escalated due to IMG employing a mentally unwell/explosive handyman. When tenants have respectfully brought issues with documented evidence to their attention, they have been dismissive or unresponsive leading to a mass exodus in the building. Soon as we moved out they ceased all communications with us. It's been 6 months and we still haven't gotten our deposit. No itemized list of deductions, no email. We've called the office AND Jay several times with no communication whatsoever. These ppl are crooks and cowards and we will be persuing litigation
The house is a steal, but the management company sucks. They’re totally unresponsive, haven’t even reached out to us regarding our work orders, double charged me for rent, and never answer the phone.
