Our neighborhood switched to this HOA management company earlier this year, and somehow they’ve managed to turn something as simple as a friendly reminder into a money-making scheme. Forget an email (which worked perfectly for the last 5 years with the previous company) they’ll send you a certified letter for something trivial like “please move your trash cans” and then bill YOU $10 for it.
