I am only giving a 1 star due to the leasing manager and how unprofessional this guy is. I have been in communication with Frank for the last month and half. He hasn't had any availability but asked me to call weekly. Finally a spot is available and he stated $20 application fee. He than stated i needed to pay $100 to start the process. When I asked if he had something in writing that states what the $100 is for he stated no.
