Very bad experience. Warning: What ICOR seems to me to be doing is trying get you to pay for introductory seminars for a few hundred dollars, then get you to sign up for the big seminar that costs tens of thousands of dollars! For example, I signed up for a day course from a John Burley. After performing an internet search on John Burley Real Estate to learn more about his background, I became suspicious after discovering that to get the rest of his materials it costs 13,800 for a weekend boot camp or 48,000 thousand dollars... read more
Very bad experience.
