Moved in June. Place was not ready and needed a list of work orders needing completed. Took nearly a month for them to finally come out to only complete some of the request. We called about the key to the community pool was told that they would get us one. Weeks went by so I submitted request on July 21 and called a couple days later as it was not assigned, had to leave voicemail and they still have not called. Here it is Aug and still unable to access what they advertised with the HOA.

UPDATE to my review that was apparently taken down, which detailed my nearly 80-year-old parents being forced to stay in a hotel for an entire week, less than a month after moving in, because this worthless company refused TO PUT FREEON IN THE FREAKING AC PRIOR TO THEIR MOVE IN: Surprise, surprise. It's 11:30 at night, and my mother, who, by the way, has COPD (which is seriously exacerbated by heat and sleeping with the windows open because of allegies) just called me to tell me their AC is out again. Let me move in early and was very flexible with me as my pervious residence AC went out. Was not expecting them to be so accommodating and helpful, couldn’t be more pleased. They also made sure everything was replaced, cleaned, and repaired. Would highly recommend!

Kris and Jennie are wonderful to work with. They know the area and will help in any way they can. Office staff is great as well!
