Mike financed two house's that I sold for a great profit this summer. The deals had some difficult issues but Mike and his group worked through them with me. Afterwards I and the wife celebrated in Maui. Thanks for all the help Mike.

I've used Investmark for four transactions now and had great service and prompt action every time. I tried one other lender who had a better rate and came back to Investmark because of their service.

Just completed our first transaction with Investmark and everything was smooth and easy. They closed when they said they would and there weren't any surprises along the way. Mike answered all my questions that I had and gave me three profitability worksheets at different prices so that I could get an idea of what I could potentially make. I'll definitely use them on my next flip and highly recommend.

We recently did our first Hard Money Loan through Investmark Mortgage. Investmark was very helpful and supportive and answered all of our questions and steered us in the right direction very quickly throughout the entire loan process. They made our first Hard Money Loan a very pleasant experience. I can't think of anything they could have have done better. I strongly recommend them and intend to use them again in the future.

My wife, Latasha, and I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Joey and Natalie (of Investmark Mortgage) on our first SF deal back in August 2015.
