Dave has patience. He never made us feel rushed. He never made us feel as if we had to buy a house that day. We worked with him from out of town, and he was always quick to respond to us, and make time for us on the days we were in town. Dave is easy to be with and we enjoyed his enthusiasm for Asheville. We love our new home!!
