We had a great experience during our time renting from Investar. The house was super clean when we moved in and had all new appliances. Ninos was always very responsive when ever there was an issue and easy to work with. We had to break our lease because we purchased a new build and Ninos was also very flexible with us every time we had to change our move out date. They made the process of renting and move out really easy. I’d definitely rent from them again if I was ever in the market to rent.

Ninos and investar have been amazing for 4 years now. They respond immediately to any service call and always care when something comes up if it affects anything with the house I rent. I would highly recommend this company, ESPECIALLY NINOS, to help them have a solid place to call home whether for a minute or the long haul.

We rented from Investar / Ninos Lazar for almost a year and had a good experience with them as a whole. The house itself was nice with no issues, but if I did have an issue or question, I got prompt and professional service. No issues with the final walk through when I was moving out, either. (Then again, I didn't trash the place. LOL. I took good care of the house.)

Ninos and his team at investar have been nothing short of amazing in our almost 4 years renting from them. He has always taken care of us whenever we have run into issues and I couldn’t see myself wanting to rent a home from any other company. Ninos is a ridiculously kind man and has always been fair to me and my family.

I rented a townhouse in Tempe from Ninos and team from 2018 to 2021. During my experience Ninos was nothing short of an amazing rental manager. He was very responsive to any issues I ran into which were always fixed quickly. On several occasions he was able to help with dispositions in living situation where I would typically have expected no help. Ninos has always been fair and kind in his work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental property.
