Not a good experience to say the least. Be prepared to receive your house dirty. Which according to Hema when I moved in was an ongoing issue with there housekeeping company but didn’t try to send them back out just made me clean it myself. You also pay a fee for cleaning of the home and carpets before you even move in, which is very odd. Especially seeing that I received the house dirty and the carpets were stained and full of dog hair. Withheld over half of the deposit for “cleaning” and yard work despite the fact I paid a professional cleaner. They refused to provide itemized receipts but claimed the toe kick had to be cleaned and the trash taken to the curb. -despite US taking out the trash. We really thought this company was better than most but in the end they weren’t. Very disappointed.

We had a great experience during our time renting from Investar. The house was super clean when we moved in and had all new appliances. Ninos was always very responsive when ever there was an issue and easy to work with. We had to break our lease because we purchased a new build and Ninos was also very flexible with us every time we had to change our move out date. They made the process of renting and move out really easy. I’d definitely rent from them again if I was ever in the market to rent.
