Please stay away from this company. There are much better property managers in Redding that will treat you and handle you more professionally. We moved into an apartment advertised as newly renovated, but it had a long list of faults and defects from day one. Red water and clay coming out of the shower and sink is one example. Every maintenance request was dealt with in the cheapest way possible, instead of actually fixing the issue. If we were not under a lease agreement we would have left sooner.
