Average experience. Property manager (Manny) was very nice and was responsive. Maintenance staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. However, it was very apparent that the owners of the property did not want to spend any money or make updates/ repairs. Fees seemed high. There was a monthly fee per pet in addition to pet deposit (non refundable.) Plus a monthly furnace filter fee. Rent went up at lease renewal $100 per month. Since moving into a property, they manage, for several years now me and my family have continued to beg for assistance in getting maintenance. Originally the previous family who rented the property owned dogs. Upon moving in we were promised new carpet to alleviate the overwhelming smell of dogs. Upon getting our carpets professionally cleaned the first time were as well as management were advised of just how bad the carpets were throughout the property and in need of replacement.
