I called and was trying to set up an appointment and the person on the phone kept making me feel like I was bothering them. I tried to give a little bit of an explanation of why I wanted to come in and the person sounded cold and was like you can explain that when you come in. This has to do with my health and I got turned off and found a different doctor’s office, where the person listened to me and set up my appointment in a way, where it didn’t come across like I was bothering him. I have been a patient of Dr. Donna Williams, at Inverrary Medical Center, for many years, and I have always been pleased with the service I received. These days is very difficult to find a medical provider that genuinely cares and has great bed side manners. Dr. Williams is an excellent, an efficient and compassionate physician, who takes the time to address my questions and concerns. Therefore, I feel confident in the medical care she provides. Was very pleasant from the receptionist to the primary care Doctor kind and curtious makes sure that you have a clear understanding of everything would definitly recommend there services if I could I would give this business ten stars

I highly recommend this Urgent Care. It's a quaint little place, the ambience is inviting and the professional care that you receive is second to none. Sophia the receptionist made me feel welcomed all the time and Donna Williams was very detailed and thorough in her diagnosis. She took her time to break down what was happening with me. Keep up the good work guys!
