Dr. Williams has been wonderful with me on my last 2 visits. She listens patiently to my concerns as a new patient. I am very happy I found her and her office. Her front desk, Giselle, was also very helpful and kind throughout the setup and onboarding.

The front desk has a level of incompetence that I have never experienced. When I call, it seems that no one knows what to ask or do. During my visit, I did not feel that my concerns were listened to or appropriately addressed. Lastly, when I called for lab results, the doctor refused to provide my paperwork without an appointment, which happens to be illegal. I called and was trying to set up an appointment and the person on the phone kept making me feel like I was bothering them. I tried to give a little bit of an explanation of why I wanted to come in and the person sounded cold and was like you can explain that when you come in. This has to do with my health and I got turned off and found a different doctor’s office, where the person listened to me and set up my appointment in a way, where it didn’t come across like I was bothering him. I have been a patient of Dr. Donna Williams, at Inverrary Medical Center, for many years, and I have always been pleased with the service I received. These days is very difficult to find a medical provider that genuinely cares and has great bed side manners. Dr. Williams is an excellent, an efficient and compassionate physician, who takes the time to address my questions and concerns. Therefore, I feel confident in the medical care she provides. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. It's a quaint little place, the ambience is inviting and the professional care that you receive is second to none. Sophia the receptionist made me feel welcomed all the time and Donna Williams was very detailed and thorough in her diagnosis. She took her time to break down what was happening with me. Keep up the good work guys!
