The doctor there is a very good pediatrician and she makes my teenage daughter feel very comfortable when we go there. She (the doctor) has been very attentive to my daughter and it's always been a good experience.
I filled out paperwork at their office while I was there with my husband. Later I called to make an appointment. I told them my name and date of birth. The woman on the phone said, “You’re not in our system but we have a [different name] with that date of birth. Is that you?” Like, she just gave me another patient’s information just like that. Meanwhile, I could hear the doctor very clearly in the background talking to a patient about medical issues. I did not make the appointment because they clearly do not value privacy.
