STILL WAITING ON A APPRPRIATE AIRFLOW FOR HEATING-COOLING UNIT. PURCHASED SEPTEMBER 2024. I don't recommend purchasing from Maronda. They push building so fast and use cheap contractors. We love our home! It has been a positive experience from the very start when we met Steven, the sales rep, one rainy Sunday afternoon. We are grateful for all of Steven's help. His communication was and has been great. We recommended Maronda Homes to our friends. They are having a home built and are very happy as well.
