Joel Kulaga is a very experienced sales associate and wonderful to work with. He treats his customers fairly and takes care of things. The Project manager is excellent as well and really stays on top of the build through the process.
STILL WAITING ON A APPRPRIATE AIRFLOW FOR HEATING-COOLING UNIT. PURCHASED SEPTEMBER 2024. I don't recommend purchasing from Maronda. They push building so fast and use cheap contractors. Been in my home since September 2024. Still waiting on repairs. Poor construction. Poor management. Poor closing procedures. Don't care about customers once they get their money. We love our home! It has been a positive experience from the very start when we met Steven, the sales rep, one rainy Sunday afternoon. We are grateful for all of Steven's help. His communication was and has been great. We recommended Maronda Homes to our friends. They are having a home built and are very happy as well.
