After 8 weeks of continued repairs, which were promised to be a rally of 3 days, we are left with something that looks almost as bad, and in some areas, much worse, than our original slanted walls. This company is a mess. They lied at our closing and said our painting would be fixed. Never happened. Our brand new house has so many small issues, as well as bigger issues, due to a bad construction manager, and the closing happening on the day of their company party. Our sales person didn’t even know who our electric company was. I don't recommend purchasing from Maronda. They push building so fast and use cheap contractors. Been in my home since September. Still waiting on repairs. Poor construction. Poor management. Poor closing procedures. Don't care about customers once they get their money. Worst contractors I've dealt with. I have had custom homes, I've remodeled, I've bought from Landstar, Lennar and Maronda/Focus. Maronda not worth the money, headaches and hassles. Other alternatives would be better.
We went to visit the model home and met with Haley and she was absolutely welcoming and warm. Buying a home was not in the plans just yet and her presence and the homes were just what we needed to make that decision! So far it's been a great experience!
