I have been living here since October. Very disappointed. The corporate level of ownership does not (in my opinion) honestly care. Our one maintenance guy is hard working and has a great personality, but has no way of keeping up taking care of a complex, alone. There is dog feces everywhere, laundry facility is filthy and there doesn't seem to be repairs on broken down porch fencing, ect. It's honestly pretty ghetto. Let me add to my year ago review. We gave notice with ample ample time in advance we would be vacating our lease and when I called to check up on everything they said that they did not have our notice. Just so happens that everyone who was in our apartment and would know about the notice doesn’t work here anymore. If you’re planning on leaving within a reasonable time this is not the apartment for you
