I’ve been living here for over two years. The building itself and the location are not bad, but the service is absolutely terrible. The person responsible for maintenance is an older man who is rude and uses inappropriate language. He does not respond to messages when help is needed. The washing machines do not have hot water, and the dryers cost twice as much as they should. His attitude toward residents is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm living there almost a year. It is quite cozy place, sometimes a little bit noisy because of the street and railroad alongside. Bud, our building manager, had never neglected his obligations and trying to do the best. But office management.. I requested code entrance half year ago. Reminded them about that a plenty of times. Without success. I've never experienced that kind of disregard before, even in the United States.
Lived there for around 3 years in 2014. The room was big and for the rental price. A bit shady lol but never had a problem and its quiet. What people have said about Bud is right.. he's a very helpful person and will attend to your needs in timeful manner. Definitely miss this place already
